This is hands-down my favorite sleep clock for teaching toddlers and preschoolers an acceptable time to get up! It is very simple, even for young toddlers to begin to understand the concept. With consistent use, this tool can effectively help a child learn to sleep later in the morning or to extend naps. The clock connects to an easy to use app which allows you to set the color and times for Ooly. There is also an app to show your child stories about Ooly (with 3 different options for ages). It’s a great reinforcement to why sleep is important (just make sure not to show them the stories before bed due to blue light!).
