Before sleep training, my little one was waking up minimum 2-3 times a night, her longest stretch of sleep was maybe 4-5 hrs, sleeping only 30-40 minutes for naps, and was dependent on SO many sleep props such as the swaddle, pacifier, bottle, holding, rocking, walking, etc.
