“I requested assistance from one of the sleep consultants with Sleep Wise Consulting and was paired with Kelley.  I opted for a 15 min phone consultation then added a week of email correspondence for extra assistance.  The reason for reaching out was my pretty great 6 month old sleeper (usually 8-10 hours of sleep with no wake ups!) was continuing to rise early (5am).  Despite a month of dealing with the early wakes and cries, I was desperate to figure out how to fix it – I tried sneaking in a bottle, holding him in his dark room, doing 5 minute checks until wake time – none of it helped!  Although I was so pleased he could do so many hours on his own, I was getting frustrated that he couldn’t finish through and make it to at least 11 hours, which would be the best for his health and development.  Literally day one of her suggestions, my baby responded so well to 2 naps and within days was sleeping 6:45pm-6:30am.  It is hard work to stay consistent with a schedule but it has made such a difference in our home.  Now my baby is getting the rest he needs and in hand I am able to sleep better at night!  We are all happy and well rested!  Best decision to have an expert look at our day-to-day routines and to help us find a schedule that works for all of us. “We just finished a three week session with Kelley. She was awesome to work with and made a HUGE difference. We started at 9.5 weeks and Paxton was having a really hard time with his bedtime (crying for up to 2 hours before going to sleep), waking up for two middle of the night feeds, and naps that had previously been good were falling apart. Now at 12.5 weeks he has started sleeping through the night (11-12 hours), goes down very easy for bedtime and naps and we have gotten rid of all sleep props. She also helped us transition out of the swaddle (it was easy peasy for us). We are so glad we did this. We were doing things about 90% right but she helped with some really important things – small changes that made an immediate and large difference. “After fourteen long and sleepless months, Katie rescued us! My son Cole had never been a good sleeper. He required thirty minutes to an hour of rocking, bouncing, singing, shushing and crying (him and me) before he would fall asleep  ̶  if he fell asleep at all. “Before we started working with Jeannine, our 10 week old baby boy, Randon, was waking anywhere from 25-45 mins into his daytime naps. I’d run upstairs and try to put his binky in his mouth in hopes of soothing him and getting him back to sleep. Sometimes it would work, often it didn’t. I found myself sitting in on his naps, just killing time in the dark, to try to be there when he awoke and to get to him faster with the binky. I was miserable. I had no down time, no time to get anything done, and no time to myself. At night, we were spending an hour and a half trying to get Randon to sleep for bedtime. When we contacted Sleep Wise Consulting, Randon had started waking up almost every two hours during the night from about 10 pm to 6 am.  We felt we were spending all of our time just trying to get our baby to sleep. No rocking, no shooshing, no pickup put downs. His nights are now 7 pm – 7 am…and for the first time ever, he slept through the night with no feedings! During the day he’s now taking full 2 hour naps. I have so much time to get things done, Randon is way happier, and best of all, my husband and I actually feel like we can function because we’ve been getting sleep.”

“Despite all my efforts in getting our daughter off to a good start sleeping, I could not get her to take longer than 45 minute naps and she was still waking twice a night at 12 weeks old.  I just wasn’t sure what else I could do to improve her sleep but I knew she was capable of better sleep.  I myself was exhausted from being up multiple times a night.
