Katie is by far the best assistance our family has ever received, hands down. We had a rather tough time getting our newborn baby girl to sleep. She would wake up two to three times a night and could only fall asleep in our arms. After 30 minutes to an hour of rocking singing, bouncing, etc. we would finally get her to sleep to only have her wake up within five minutes of laying her down. We were exhausted to say the least! We tried a few well known books, but the self help approach just wasn’t getting it done.

It was absolutely amazing how fast our baby girl adapted to the new sleep plan. After one night of training, she was sleeping through the entire night! She is now napping 3 to 4 times a day- perfect for our baby’s age, anywhere from one hour to two hours each. There are no more sleep props – we simply lay her down in the bed and she falls right to sleep.

 

The first night of the plan Katie was with us the entire night until the baby went to sleep. The following day, she started communicating with us first thing in the morning and was with us every second of the day for our naps and bedtime. Just one month ago, bedtime was something I dreaded because it took on average 90 minutes before our 4.5 year old son would fall asleep close to 9pm and involved time outs and cajoling him to go back to bed And he came to our bed every night and would toss and turn frequently waking up at 5am insisting on playing. We have a five year old boy who has struggled with falling asleep on his on for over five years. It started out with co sleeping for three years and then we tried to transition him into a room with his younger brother. My husband and I would have to sit by his bed and

My second child was 6 months old (and my oldest had just turned 2) when I decided I needed to invest in our sanity and hire a sleep coach. My daughter did INCREDIBLY well with Sarah’s guidance. It was nothing near crying it out.
