We previously tried to sleep train our 5 month old on our own with a popular online program for a whole month before reaching out to Marissa. Despite our best efforts, our daughter was still having night wakings 2-3x, early morning wakings, lots of crying to sleep, slept in the merlin suit, and took very short naps that we had to continue in a swing (25min exactly every time). I finally decided to reach out for help, and within a couple days there was night and day improvement, and by the end of it she was sleeping through the night till 7am or later, taking 1.5-2hr naps (I often had to wake her!) transferred to a sleep sack and went down peaceful for naps and nights. I still can’t believe how big of a difference it made. Marissa was seriously a dream to work with! She is the sweetest thing ever and really dug deep to help us tweak even the tiniest little things that made the biggest difference for our daughter. We are so grateful for her and love knowing we always have someone to call on to help us through any future bumps or transitions. My biggest regret is not doing this from day 1, it would have saved so many tears.

I worked with her on sleep for my third kid, Stella. Even though I am a “seasoned” mom, each kid is new and comes with their own challenges, not to mention the obstacle of keeping other children sleeping in a small apartment! Kelley not only worked with me to ensure that my daughter reached our sleep goals, but Kelley seemed to really care about both Stella and my well being. I would recommend her to anyone.

When we started with Marissa Charlie (8 weeks at the time) was waking up 3 times a night and barely napping. I was feeling overwhelmed with the amount of resources out there for sleep schedules, and had been trying to make one work since he was 5 weeks old with no success and felt like I was going insane. Hiring Marissa was the best thing we did, she was an amazing voice of reason (which is very needed when sleep deprived), she was able to listen to what was going on, and tell me the most likely reason for it, as opposed to working through all the options on my own. She felt like a guardian angel during those first months, especially once we got Charlie sleeping 12-13 hours a night! We would highly recommend her to anyone!

We still pinch ourselves when we sit down at night to watch a movie together and Margot is just over in her room off to sleep. To be honest, we were actually happy within the first 24 hours of the program! We walked into this expecting to get through two terrible weeks and then to possibly see some results but we knew that this was the answer we needed by day 2 with Halie.
Before signing up to work with Halie, part of us thought… let’s research sleep on our own. We are apprehensive. We are here to tell you that you need a coach! It is worth every single penny. It was so helpful to have very specific answers for our baby and to have someone to trouble shoot with was absolutely invaluable. We have zero regrets and are so glad we went through this program. Margot is more stable, there are less tears throughout the day, and she is happier in general. When it’s time for bed she’s happy and ready for it!
